We believe in a transparent repair process, and that starts with clear and upfront pricing. If you’re not sure what’s wrong with your device, we would be happy to look at it and provide a free visual diagnostic. If we have to bring the device in the back for a more complete diagnostic, there is a small in-take fee. Once we determine what is needed for your repair, we will let you know with an obligation free repair quote. You can elect to continue with a repair, or not, the choice is always yours.

Getting your device repaired shouldn’t break the bank. Our low price guarantee ensures that we always offer the best price to our customers. Just bring in any local competitor’s published price for the same repair, and we will happily match and beat their price by $5. Note, the repair price must be a regularly published price, and the offer does not apply to specials, coupons or other discounts.

These guys are clearly doing the right things. I’ve had two phone screens replaced here and recently a review of some electronics that had damage in a power outage/surge. They have been very professional, fair priced for the great quality work, and very nice/easy to work with! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR SURE!
I needed to have my phone screen replaced. Normal Gadgets gave me a quick and accurate estimate of the cost, told me what “side effects” the repair might have on the appearance of the back of the phone, gave me a date for the repair and informed me how long it would take. All went as they had told it would: the phone was ready when promised at a little lower cost than I was told and they gave me a free screen cover to boot. It looks great and works perfectly. I will definitely go there for my next phone repair!
This is the second time I’ve used Normal Gadgets. The first time Apple told me my son’s phone was not able to be fixed, the screen was cracked and they said the motherboard was broken. Normal Gadgets fixed it, cheaper and quicker. It was only the screen. I went back three months later for another issue after Sprint and Apple said it wasn’t able to be fixed. Normal Gadgets didn’t fix it either but tried multiple things for me to try and save me money. I did have to order a new phone but not for the lack of them trying. Great job Normal Gadgets!
