  • Priority Service: Quick turnaround on repairs
  • Device Health Check: Regular check-ups for performance, security, virus & backups (two per year)
  • Reduced Diagnostic Fees: One price for all devices – $25
  • Each device must be registered

3. Ultimate Plan ($29.99/month) for up to any 5 devices

20% Off Repairs for up to 2 devices repair monthly

  • 5 Free Screen Protectors (limit 5 per year)
  • 20% Off In-Stock Accessories for family devices
  • Priority Service: Immediate service priority for all registered devices
  • Monthly Device Health Checks: Ensure all family devices are running efficiently (limited to registered devices up to 5)
  • Extended Warranty on Repairs: Adds 3 months to any repair warranty, new damage and liquid damage are voided.

Customers who complete a repair exceeding $100 are eligible to enroll in any tier of the Normal Gadgets Plus Device Care Membership Program and receive the first month free of charge. To qualify, enrollment must be completed within 7 days of the repair service date. After the free month, standard monthly billing will apply based on the chosen membership level. Terms: The free first month applies to new memberships only and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers. Limit one free month per customer, and the offer is non-transferable.

Additional Terms and Conditions

for Normal Gadgets Plus

For all Plans: This is not an insurance program. Each device to be enrolled in membership must be in good working order and inspected by staff at Normal Gadgets. Televisions are exempt from this requirement. A 30-day waiting period applies before discounted repairs are available on newly registered devices. Device health checks and accessory discounts are available immediately upon enrollment. The plan costs are monthly, payable at the time or enrollment and subsequently every 30 days. Cosmetic repairs (e.g., scratches, dents) or devices that were intentionally or negligently damaged are excluded from coverage. Repairs performed by third parties not affiliated with Normal Gadgets may void membership benefits for that device. Water damage or damage from other liquids is excluded from repair discounts and may void other benefits. Free accessories such as screen protectors are limited to the number specified per year per plan. Free screen protectors are limited to a specific range of models. Discounts for accessories and repairs apply to regular-priced items only and cannot be combined with other offers. The plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or device owner. Basic and Premier Plans are limited to one discounted repair per device per month. Ultimate Plan allows up to two discounted repairs per device per month. In the event of a dispute regarding this plan, Normal Gadgets will attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, disputes will be governed by the laws of Illinois, with venue in the courts of Illinois. Normal Gadgets reserves the right to review membership benefits and pricing annually. Members will be notified of any changes 30 days before implementation, allowing time for any cancellation before the next billing cycle. Normal Gadgets is not liable for any data loss that may occur during repairs or diagnostics. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before seeking any services covered by the plan. Memberships can be canceled anytime, but benefits will continue through the end of the current billing cycle. Prorated refunds are not available. All membership payments are non-refundable. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period.
